Amor Familia - Married Couples Retreat

Amor Familia is a weekend retreat designed especially for young married couples within the first seven years of marriage. Hosted by Jesus Youth UK, this weekend program is a unique opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and invest deeply in your relationship with each other and with God. Amor Familia offers a nurturing space for couples to reflect, reconnect, and renew their commitment to a Christ-centred family life.

Whether you’re newly married or approaching your seventh anniversary, this retreat is a beautiful chance to rediscover the joy and grace of your vocation to marriage.

Guest Speakers

Manoj Sunny is an engineer by profession and has been deeply involved in youth ministry for over 32 years. He served as the first national coordinator and the first international coordinator of Jesus Youth. Having travelled to over 40 countries, he has conducted more than 800 training programmes for young people across the globe. He currently serves as the Formation Director of Jesus Youth International.

Prof. Dr. Beena Sunny is a professor and a vocalist of the renowned Rexband. Together, they bring a rich blend of faith, experience, and inspiration to this retreat. They reside in Cochin, Kerala, India, with their children.

Family-Friendly Facilities

Nursery facilities will be available for children aged 2 years and above. Kindly note that children under 2 years will need to be looked after by their parents throughout the retreat.
